Responsibilities:
• People Person
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure
• Flexible schedules and working hours ; willingness to work weekends dan holidays required
• Successful problem solving skills
• Service oriented
Requirements:
• Male, min 38 years of age
• Min 3 years experienced at 5 star hotel on the Hospitality
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent
• Fluent in English both written and conversation
• Good communication skills, able to establish and maintain relationships
• Flexible and strong willingness to improvise
• Have commercial awareness, analytical thinking and good team building
Project Manager
Banten
Responsibilities:
• Coordination design structure, architect, MEP, interior, preparation tender
• To organize all projects mall and extention mall
• To control all staff, project, target, budget, quality and safety including design
• Planning
• Cost Control and Quality Control
Requirements:
• Male
• Age 35 – 50 Years Old
• S1 in Civil or Architecture in majoring
• Minimum 8 Years experience in high rise building, contractor and developer
• Familiar with computer program MS Office
• Honest, loyal, skill analyze,
• Ability to work and procedure required results
• Fluent in English ( Spoken & written ).
• Cooperative, Good Communication Skill, Loyal, Honest, Discipline, Negotiation Skill, Teamwork, etc.
