Specialist – Commerce Performance Analysis & Improvement

Responsibilities:
• Perform commerce performance report and analysis (actual vs. target)
• Identify the root cause of performance gaps
• Collaborate with related teams (HQ & regions) to develop required action plans
• Monitor and track the action plan execution result
• Develop required performance reporting business process and tools

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree majoring Management, Finance, IT, preferably with managerial experience in commerce areas
• Strong knowledge of commerce business scope
• Strong in business analytics
• Strong project management skill
• Good communication and presentation skill
