SERVICE ENGINEER
Job Responsibilities:
• To provide technical (hardware & software) support to direct customers and distributors.
• To carry out demonstrations and evaluations when needed.
• To perform Periodical Maintenance Check to existing customers.
• To support Sales Engineer in terms of technical specifications.
• Other duties which may be assigned from time to time to achieve corporate objectives
Pre-requisites :
• Minimum a Diploma or Degree in Engineering with at least 3 years of related working experience in technical field function or in a SMT factory setup or in an Electronics environment.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in PC and IT system troubleshooting.
• Self-motivated individual and able to work independently.
• Good technical service mindset.
• Possesses driving license (candidates who own car will be preferred).
• Able to work under fast paced and stressful environment.
• Enjoys working in a team.
• Good communication skills in English Language is required.
SALES ENGINEER
Job Responsibilities:
• To promote the full range of Omron AOI product to customers.
• To make sales contact for new and existing customers.
• Conduct sales and marketing activities for domestic Indonesian Market and to overseas counterparts.
• To support customers for problem or issue solving.
• To provide sales support distributors
• To survey Indonesian market situation, competitor and report to supervisor level.
• Other duties which may be assigned from time to time to achieve corporate objectives
Pre-requisites :
• Minimum a Diploma or Degree in Engineering with at least 3 years of related working experience in a SMT factory setup or in an Electronics environment.
• Basic technical knowledge.
• Self-motivated individual and able to work independently.
• Proficient in business application like Email and MS-Office
• Possesses driving license (candidates who own car will be preferred).
• Able to work under fast paced and stressful environment.
• Enjoys working in a team.
• Good communication skills in English Language is required.
