CUSTOMER SERVICE (CALL CENTER)
Responsibilities :
• Manage the customers request
• Handle and solve the customers complaint
• Give products information to the customer
• Build a good relationship with customer
Requirements :
• Male / Female, maximum 25 years old.
• Minimum Diploma Degree from reputable University, GPA 2,75.
• Minimum 1 year experience as call center
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• To be placed at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang
