Agency Contest Officer
Position Objective:
To support administration sides in agency contest department including Monitoring and delivering contest result (by periodically), accruing contest budget and other daily operational activities
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Contest / Convention Data Reconciliation (30%)
• Synchronizing head office result with sales result
• Give feedback to sales force not over than 2 working days
2. Accruing contest budget by monthly (20%)
3. Delivering contest reward (30%)
• Reward must be delivered as stated on the Memo
4. Cooperating with Purchasing Dept in ordering reward contest (20%)
• Circulating approval of ROA and Purchasing Form
Financial and Non-Financial Measures:
Non Financial :
• Time : delivering reward on time
• Giving feedback not later than 2 working days
• Accruing contest budget on time
Communication Requirements

Internal :
• Weekly team monitoring meeting
• Daily discussion with CCFM , purchase team , event team and others who needs data contest and other initiatives
• Ensure all sales force understand all feedback that has been given related to the contest
Minimum Job Requirements:
• Education – Minimum S1 degree from any discipline , prefer from accounting or computer science
• Experience – min job experience : 2 years, in insurance industry will be preferable
• Certifications/licenses – N/A
• Special skills – advance level in Microsoft excel , proficient communication skill , especially in handling question from sales force
