Samarinda (Kalimantan Timur)
Responsibilities:
  • Incoming and outgoing correspondence (Phone, facsimile, letter, document, transmittal advise, quotation, invoice, messages, etc)
  • Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations
  • Perform General administrative and clerical support
  • Receive payment and record receipts from clients
  • Hear and resolve complaints from customers and public
  • Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
Requirements:
  • Female, Min . Diploma III/Bachelor Degree
  • 1 Year operational/management in arelated dicipline but fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Fluent English (Speken & Written)
  • Good Communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
  • Acts qickly & decisively: able to make tough calls
  • Works well under-pressure, chalenges status quo
  • Applies judgement & acts according to the standards of ethics & integrity
  • Have a good logical sense, knowledge & skill in computer application.
