E Commerce ( E-JS) - Bali (Nusa Dua)
Responsibilities :
- Collect and supervising data loading (property information, photos).
- Content management of the corporate websites. Responsible together with the marketing dept. of maintaining and developing the corporate websites. This includes the coordinating of promotional updates, text updates and its translation.
- Search Engine & Affiliate Marketing Optimisation: Liaising with 3rd party partners to ensure optimal SEO and Affiliate marketing. Creating summary reports of progress, status and tackling issues related to this.
- 3rd Party Websites: Actively searching and negotiating new agreements for onward distribution through Swiss-belhotel Bay View’s reservations system with 3rd party internet portals and sites.
- Maintain Swiss-belhotel Bay View’s revenue reporting system and analyse reservation patterns per hotel and per country.
- Making worldwide reservation checks through Internet and reservation offices.
- Hold min bachelor degree.
- Preferably with 1 year experience in a 4 - 5 stars Hotel as a E-Commerce.
- Requires a strong analysis skill
- Have proven record in forging strong relationship with new clients and have a good understanding of the property and the services it provides.

- Candidates require either similar reservations experience minimal 2 years, preferably familiar with VHP System.

- Candidates must be eligible to live and work in Bali. The selection process will be held in Bali.
Engineering - Bali (Nusa Dua)
Responsibilities :
Job purpose of Hotel maintenance engineer is responsible for hotel guestroom preventative maintenance and assists in the repairs and maintenance of hotel equipment (especially mechanical equipment including pumps and motors).
Key Duties/ Responsibilities of Hotel Maintenance Engineer :

Key Duties/ Responsibilities of Hotel Maintenance Engineer :
- Respond to all guest’s requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Complete work order requests in a timely manner
- Maintain all mechanical areas in an orderly and clean condition
- Inspect public areas daily for any issues
- After hours on-call availability if an issue arises, available some weekends
- Pool and Spa Chemical testing
- Providing maintenance repairs to guestrooms, public areas and administrative offices
- Repairs may include plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, ventilation, furnishings and fixtures, painting, wall cover repairs, light carpentry, door and window repairs
- Maintain the Rooms Preventative Maintenance Program and consistently keep updated records on file.
- Hold min diploma degree, Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent max 35 years of age.
- Preferably with min 2 years experiencem in mechanical and engineering.
- Highly motivated, & Team work oriented.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English language to communicate effectively with guests or employees.
- Full time and contract position available.
- Residence in Bali or willing to be placed and doing selection process in Bali.
