ASSITANT MANAGER MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING - Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 5 – 10 years’ experience of maintenance experience with 3 years in a supervisory / management role
- Familiar with Civil works
- Familiar with HSE is an advantage
- Bachelor Degree from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English both verbal and written
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Willing to be place in Cikarang
Responsibilities:
- Managing operation and maintenance of Tupperware DC infrastructure equipment (critical and non-critical)
- Schedule and supervise the performance of both routine maintenance and emergency service on critical systems, including: diesel generators, UPS systems, electrical switchgear, power distribution equipment, chillers, HVAC equipment, fire detection/suppression and building monitoring systems.
- Development and management of facilities budget for maintenance, repairs, capital and general operating costs; bottom-up development of yearly budgets.
- Responsible for site safety and environmental compliance.
- Conduct inspections on statutory, fire and rescue equipment to ensure completeness and readiness for use.
- On-call 24x7 for incident management and emergency response.
