Qualification & Experience:
- Male/ Female age max 36 years old
- Min Diploma Degree D3 anymajor
- Have 2 years experience as a leader in micro-finance units or 3 years as a Loan Officer / Marketing Officer at the micro-finance unit
- Preferred Customer base and have the motor vehicle
- Having competency of Leadership: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling
- Strong leadership skill and people management
LOAN OFFICER (LO)
Qualification & Experience:
- Male/ Female age max 32 years old
- Min D3 any major
- Have 2 years experience as credit/loan officer at pembiayaan mikro
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
- Preferred Customer base and have the motor vehicle
MARKETING OFFICER (MO)
Qualification & Experience:
- Male/ Female age max 32 years old
- Min D3 any major
- Have 1 years experience as marketing at pembiayaan mikro (BPR, Koperasi, Multifinace)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
- Preferred Customer base and have the motor vehicle
COLLECTOR (CO)
Qualification & Experience:
- Male/ Female age max 30 years old
- Min Education SMA SLTA
- Have 2 years experience as collector at pembiayaan mikro
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
- Have the motor vehicle and SIM C
SUPPORTING (SU)
Qualification & Experience:
- Male/ Female, Single, age max 26 years old
- Min D3 Accounting / Finance
- Have 1 years experience as Finance Staff at pembiayaan mikro
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
- Good communication
- Have SIM C
CASHIER (CS)
Qualification & Experience:
- Male/ Female, single age max 22 years old
- Min education SMA SLTA
- Have 1 years experience as administrasi or finance staff
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
- Have SIM C
