- Minimum D3 in Civil Engineering / Architecture
- Have the administrative ability and technical expertise in the field, data collection, calculation of the RAB basic, basic AutoCAD, and 3D images max
- Having a high level of accuracy
- Have the administrative ability of the correspondence and archives
- Able to work independently and in teams
- Having the ability to communicate well
