- Bachelor Degree S1 any major
- Have 5 years experienced on Financing / Retail and Micro credit
- Has the concept of Financing / Credit Retail and Micro which has been implemented by financial institutions / other banks (aplicable)
- Capable of business development strategy Financing / Micro credit
- Able to develop organizational structures and their job description
- Able to provide an analytical tool Financing / Micro credit
- Draft guidelines / SOP Financing / Micro credit
- Willing to be placed to develop the business finance / credit Micro PT. Bank DKI both Islamic and conventional.
- Not going through the Association Office with other agencies / companies
- Not serving any sentence and / or in the examination of the authorities
- Preferred has the ability to speak English ( Oral / Writing )
- Willing to be placed throughout the area Unit PT .Bank DKI
