CIL PLANT DESIGNER SUPERINTENDENT
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Describe briefly in one or two sentences why your job exits in terms of what you do, how you do it and why :
- To manage and implement CAPEX Project in Narogong Plant.
- To act as Deputy Corporate Engineering Manager in Narogong.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor Degree S1 in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical / Civil Engineering.
- A degree or graduate diploma in Business ( e.g. accounting, finance ) or Business Management ( e.g. MBA ) is advantageous
- Have min 1 years in current position,
- Have 5 – 10 years work experience in continuous process / chemical / mining industry - preferably in cement
- Have 3 – 5 years experience in senior technical management role (Production, Maintenance etc); or
- Have 10 – 15 years work experience in engineering for process / chemical / mining industry, of which minimum 10 years as project manager and 5 years in a senior position.
- Computer literacy :
- Good command in English both oral & written
- Understanding of cement and reduction process indulging main Auxiliary equipment
- Reading and interpreting legal documents e.g. contractors.
- Understanding of technical drawings.
- Leadership, people management
- Line and project management.
- Organizational Development Dept.
