IT REPAIR ENGINEER / TECHNICIAN for Surabaya area
Qualification:
- Have 2 years experience as Notebook/Motherboard repair engineer (L2 or above).
- Strong knowledge in computer hardware/software.
- Bachelor degree S1 in Information Technology (Computer Engineering), Electrical Engineering or Electronics specialization, with min GPA 3.0 of 4.0
- Good analytical and interpersonal skill, customer satisfaction oriented attitude.
- Ready to work hard and under pressure.

Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Check and resolve customer hardware/software problems.
- Analyze & repair the damaged module.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Handle urgent and special case.
- Respond to customer inbound/outbound call when necessary.
LOGISTIC for Surabaya area
Qualification:
- Have 2 years experience as logistic.
- Female, Bachelor Degree S1 Graduated, in Information Technology specialization.
- Min GPA 3.0 of 4, from reputable university.
- Good analytical and interpersonal skill, customer satisfaction oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge about computer hardware/parts.
- Ready to work hard and under pressure.
- Understanding Chinese is an advantage.
- Living in Surabaya city.
- Willing to do the Recruitment & Selection test at Jakarta with own fee and accomodation.
Responsibilities:
- Check and maintain stock inventory.
- Make record of key parts usage and accessories sales.
- Maintain customer database (coordinate with front desk reception).
- Follow up necessary parts requested by engineers.
