CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Have 15 years experience of project engineering/project management including at least 7 years experience working onshore and offshore
- Evidence of appropriate formal training in key activities related
- Good understanding of all applicable codes, standards, specifications and safety policies/procedures, fabrication, construction, installation, equipment and material handling, manpower and consumables required for offshore work
- Bachelor Degree S1 in Engineering from reputable university
- Skills including English language and computer literacy
- Excellent interpersonal, planning, scheduling and organizational skills as well as superior written and oral communication abilities
PROJECT MANAGER (PM)
Qualifications :
- Have 5-year experiences as Project Manager, preferably in Oil & Gas Industry
- Deep knowledge in project contracts
- Able to operate MS Office and Primavera Sure Track Program
- Bachelor Degree S1 in in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation from reputable university
- Good commands of English (oral & written)
- Strong leadership, good interpersonal skill, good analytical skill
SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (SEE)
Qualifications :
- Have 7 years of experience in similar role, preferable from Construction or Oil & Gas Company
- Good conceptual and philosophy in electrical system
- Good in operating ETAP, Good for electric calculation / sizing and selection
- Having a good knowledge of electrical equipment, knowledge of electrical control and ability to lead electrical engineering team
- Bachelor Degree S1 in Electrical Power Engineering from reputable university
- Good command in English both oral and written
- Self-motivated, dynamic, discipline, participate in management team, hard working and able to work under pressure
SENIOR INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER (SIE)
Qualifications :
- Have 7 years of experience in similar role, preferable from Construction or Oil & Gas Company
- Ability to develop FDS, define PLC configuration, calculation, sizing, selection, programming and training
- Good knowledge of instrumentation equipment
- Bachelor Degree S1 in Instrumentation from reputable university
- Ability to lead small engineering team
- Good command in English both oral and written
- Self-motivated, dynamic, participate in management team, hard working and able to work under pressure
RECRUITMENT & COMPETENCE MANAGEMENT OFFICER (RCM)
Qualifications:
- Having 5 years HR related work experience, preferable from similar industry
- Having good skills in Psychological Test and Behavioral Event Interview
- Experience in recruiting, developing and maintaining candidate database, updating Organization Chart/ Job Description/ competences, training, organizing annual Employees Performance Evaluation
- Bachelor Degree S1 in Psychology from reputable university
- Having good knowledge of Government Labor Regulation
- Good command of English both oral & written
6. HVAC Technician (HT)
7. Mechanical Technician (MT)
8. Electrical Technician (ET)
9. Instrument Technician (IT)
Qualifications:
- Have 3 to 5 years experience in the maintenance field on oil and gas production installations,
- A basic knowledge of the process of oil and gas treatment, installations and a thorough knowledge of the equipment used in oil and gas treatment installations
- SAP/R3 experience and know-how
- Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC (A-levels + 3 years’ study) or BTS/DUT or equivalent,
- Planning software experience
- Ability to work with multi-national teams,
- Pride in his work, ability to maintain good relations with colleagues and others,
- Physical ability to work on offshore installations in the climatic conditions of the site,
- Working language: English
DRAFTER (DT)
Qualifications:
- Technical High School to Diploma from Electrical or Physic/Instrument with minimum two years experience as Drafter
- Hands-on AutoCAD software, Electrical drawing, Electrical international standard
- Diligent, proactive.
