Service Desk Staff (IT) -Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
Giving troubleshouters's service divides IT's medium user well software and hardware to user, gather and notes problem that gets bearing with IT by enamel, telephone, browser's web, service desk's application, and gives fast one and court response, and can give solution on each about problem user.
Qualification:
- Female age max 33 years old
- Have 2 years experience in IT Help desk / IT Service Desk / IT Support
- Bachelor Degree S1 in Information Technology, Computer Science, and related
- Court, Good communication ability, can menghandle complain, giving solution, can translate user's requirement, and can interlace kersama with vendor relates
- Another administrative ability, filling is document (softcopy and hard copy)
- Quick studying, Helpful
- Technical Skill: Implement and problem handling's management operational, help desk, Binis processes, application purpose procedure, network, hardware, troubleshootings's software, mathematicses base concept SQL, PHP, database and system
