Position summary :
Under the general direction of the Coordinator Field HR&GA, manages the day-to-day operations of the Gresik office.
Coordinate with HR Jakarta, manages the administrations of the HR Policies, procedures and programs, conduct recruiting and staffing, perform development and training.
