Ltd. of Japan and Guna Elektro of Indonesia, looking for professionals, dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated person to fill the following positions:
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Qualification: (either one):
- Bachelor Degree S1 in Mechanical Engineering with at least 12 years of working experience in Manufacturing
- Diploma Degree D3 Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 15 years of working experience in Manufacturing
- Technical High School graduates with at least 20 years of working experience in Manufacturing
- Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Controlling PPIC and all Engineering matters
- Support Sales and Marketing division by giving out Technical Backup
- Quality Controlling starts from Raw Materials until Finished Goods
- Control Health Safety Environment in the factory
- Make Budgeting and executes Cost Reduction Program (Cost Control)
- Make PICA (Problem Identification and Corrective Action)
- Designed Production Flow Process
- Calculate production cost and production capacity
- Make PDCA/ SDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action/ Standard-Do-Check-Action)
SALES MANAGER (MINING)
Qualification:
- Having 10 years solid experience in sales and marketing
- Good knowledge in mining markets and experience in mining projects
- Experience in biding/tender process and strong networking
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering from reputable universities
- Excellence communication and presentation skills
- Proven good track record in Sales and Business Development especially in mining business
- Good command in English
SALES ADMINISTRATION (x3)
Qualification:
- Have experience min 1 year
- Experience in preparing tender documents is preferable
- Ability to handle all sales process
- Female, Diploma Degree D3 from any major
- Having good business correspondence skill
- Good team player and filling documents
- Fluently in English both oral and written
- Computer literate (Ms. Windows and Ms. Office)
COST ACCOUNTANT
Qualification:
- Having 3 years of experience in Accounting/ Finance
- Having experience working in KAP
- Bachelor Degree from Accountancy or equivalent
- Preferably Male
- Computer literate
- Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage
- Good command in English
INVENTORY & COST CONTROL STAFF
Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree from Accounting or equivalent
- Preferably Male
- Having experience as Inventory/ Cost Control Staff at least 1 year is preferable
- Hardworker, diligent, honest, and a team player
- Computer literate
- Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage
- Good command in English
CASHIER
Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree from Accounting or equivalent
- Preferably Male
- Experience as a Cashier minimum 1 year
- Hardworking, diligent, tenacious, honest and able to work together in team
- Ability to do multitasking jobs
- Computer literate
- Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage
- Good command in English
