Qualification:
- Have 5 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. Job role in Others or equivalent.
- Bachelor Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Marketing, Others or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Having competency of Leadership: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling
- Strong leadership skill and people management
- Having excellent sales record, willing to work hard, having mature personality, and good communication skill.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Responsible to provide Bussiness Plan and Budget Plan
- Responsible to create distribution Smartfren product (modern/Data) at IT Outlet
- Responsible to increase revenue with sales distribution for regular product (modern/Data) or provide beneficial program
- Responsible to provide trget and worksheet of his team
- Responsible to ensure KPI / planned target is achieve (sales & Revenue stimulation)
- Monitoring and controlling of end to end program from preparation,lainch and after launch as well as program communication to internal and external customer via sms,email,social network,etc
- Learning and growth of performance each individual within direct team
- Responsible to provide talent pool within direct team
