Qualification:
- Have 3 years experience in handling HR in same position
- Familiar and able to use psycho test tools
- Possess comprehensive knowledge and experience in HR (especially recruitment)
- Bachelor degree S1 in Psychology
- Have active English ability (written and oral)
- Able to work independently as well as in team
- Well organized, independent, possess excellent analytical skills, highly initiative person, dynamic, self motivated, good analytical skill, strong interpersonal and good communication skills, honest, able to handle detailed matters, and able to work independent as well as under pressure
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Placed at Jakarta Raya
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Responsible in recruitment function (sourcing, conducting psycho test and interview, offering, orientation)
- Responsible to report monthly manpower and turnover and new employee administrations
- Responsible to supervise employee’s probation/contract period
- Support training and development advances and practices
- Support Performance Appraisal practices
- Propose and develop company’s system and policies
- Assisting HR Manager in other duties as assigned
