Qualification:
- Bachelor degree S1 or Master Degree S2
- IPK 3.00 (scale 4:00) for Bachelor degree, and at least 3:25 (4:00 scale) for S2
- Age maximum 25 years (for S1) and 27 years (for S2)
- Communication systematic
- High Power analysis
- High motivation
- Not married and not willing to marry for education
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
- Willing to undergo after the bond department of education

- Passed in the selection
