TURBINE VIBRATION SPECIALIST
Qualification:
- Have 8 years minimum experience in Oil and Gas industry offshore operation.
- Certified and mastering in using vibration instruments as of Fast Fourier Transform Spectral Dynamic 388 or equivalent, various model of data collector, balance master instrument, shaker tester, Oscilloscopes and capable to observe, evaluate a vibration signature data FFT, Waterfall, Bode plot, conclude the possible problem causes and propose an alternative solution.
- Capable to perform technical predictive analysis report and recommendation to prevent unplanned shutdown and or break down equipment in order to get continues normal running.
- Full understanding of safety requirements and the implementation of safe to HSE management.
- Diploma Degree D3 in Engineering
- Good command in written and Spoken English language skills.
- Strong analytical skill to observe, evaluate, calculate and able to justify condition of equipment as well as to make recommendation for maintenance.
- Computer literacy and familiar with MS Project & MS Office.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Leads predictive maintenance program thru vibration, temperature, lube oil surveillance reports.
- Ensure the safe and efficient execution of all planned and unplanned activities.
- Capable to analyze machinery vibration signature to identify early equipment failure detection and determine the corrective action required.
