Senior Geophysicist
Qualification:
- Have more 6 years of Experience : as geophysicist in oil & gas exploration
- Functional Assistance : Exploration, Operations, General Affair and Finance personnel
- Seismic interpretation using Landmark’s Seiswork / Geographi and Schlumberger’s Geoframe / Petrel
- Seismic data processing
- Bachelor Degree S1 in Geophysics
- Good geological knowledge in oil and gas exploration
- Other Supporting Skills: Good communication in English, G&G software literate
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Carry out seismic data interpretation and mapping (structural, isopach and reservoir)
- Supervise and conduct seismic processing and geophysical study
- Generate field design parameters for seismic data acquisition
- Conduct and supervise seismic, gravity and magnetic survey and data processing
- Supervise and handling the seismic UKL-UPL and explosives matters
- Generate AFE proposal on geophysical survey and data processing / reprocessing and other G&G studies
- Provide inputs on preparation of technical specifications for contracts, assist the bidding process, monitor and control field expenditures and assist budget preparation.
- Train and supervise less experienced G&G staff
- Plan most economic and effective combination of data & evaluation procedures
- Get close acquaintance with BPMIGAS, Ditjen MIGAS and other university and Government inst
