SECTION HEAD – MECHANICAL SPARE PARTS STORES (SH-MS)
Qualification:
- Have 2 years experience in spare part inventory management
- Bachelor Degree S1 in Industrial Engineering min GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 scale,
- Outstanding PC skill on Microsoft Office and proficient in written and spoken English
- Honest, excellence of Integrity, Dedication then strong commitment toward company.
- Confidence, Flexible, and Discipline
- Having competency of Leadership: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling
- Strong leadership skill and people management
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Ensure and improve stock administration; accuracy, transparency and timely availability of data.
- Ensure timely and accurate use of SAP; for example stock data, good issue, good receipt.
- Supervise the inventory level of spareparts to attain optimal stock availability
- Ensure and improve warehouse management; for example quality during storage and handling and reduce damaged or missing products.
- Supervise your team and coordinate with relevant users and other party.
- Improve and sustain safety and housekeeping standards
- Initiate improvements to increase warehouse utilization and loading/unloading capacity.
- Improve and ensure compliance with SOP’s and reporting standards
