Technical Support - Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Utara
Job Requirements:
- Have Intelligent Networks experience is an advantage.
- Familiar with web scripting. (HTML, PHP / ASP, MySql / SQL Server)
- Familiar with Internet Environment. (able to build simple website)
- Good experience with Linux, Apache web server, DNS, Mail Server. (Qmail)
- Good understanding of IP technologies and market place.
- Good experience working with project teams.
- Have LAN / WAN knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Job Description and Responsibilities :
- Technical support of systems.
- Diagnosticsation of problems & rectification.
- Installation of software updates.
- Onsite operations support for systems in form of first line preventive / corrective maintenance.
- Surveillance and troubleshooting.
- On call for technical emergency support.
