Warehouse Supervisor - Jawa Timur
Job Requirements:
- Have more 3 year working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Job role in Inventory Control or Material Planner.
- High level of energy, self-direction and motivation
- Committed to individual and group excellence
- Graduate S1 in Engineering (Industrial), Mathematics, Quantity Survey, Economics or equivalent.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong planning orientation and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and articulately across all levels and areas of the organization.
- Ability to multi-task and change priorities as needed
- Ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures
Job description and responsibilities:
- This position is responsible for supervising, directing, and overseeing warehouse activities to ensure the efficient and economical utilization of labor, materials, and assets. The Warehouse Coach-I is responsible for developing and directing the warehouse teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals, specifically the warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
