Training Development Officer
Job Requirements :
- Have 2 years experiences as a "soft skills" trainer in banking/financial institution/insurance company. Preferable with experience as a trainer for sales force
- Able to make Training Need Analysis
- Able to make Training Evaluation
- Able to make Training Modul
- Preferably Managers specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Job role in Training & Development or equivalent.
- Have knowledge about : training need analysis, developing training modul
- Graduate S1 any major .
- Excellent Communication, negotiation and presentation skills, both Indonesia and English
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Programme
