Job Requirements:
- Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities:
- Handling telephones from internal and external
- Handling directors' schedules for meeting, workshop, etc
- Handling transportation for directors'
- Making correspondences (memorandum for other division & letter to external)
- Registering incoming and outgoing mails
- Making agreement’s report
- Filling correspondences
