Assets & Inventory Coordinator
Job Requirements:
Graduate S1 in Logistic/Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance & Accounting
Having 3 years experience at the same field.
Having good communication skills in both English and Indonesia
Understanding computer literal and internet
Proactive, hardworking and able to work in a dynamic workplace and able to work in a team.
Have excellent interpersonal skill, energetic, mature, Honest, Discipline & dynamic
Having good interpersonal and communication skill
Based in Jakarta Raya

Job Responsibilities:
Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system, including:
Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.
Report all hazardous and unsafe acts
Actively promote positive safety culture
Adhere to Quality procedure and policies in accordance with the ISO9002 (where applicable) quality assurance system, including:
Compliance to work instructions.
Raising corrective actions for all non-conformances.
Identifying areas requiring improvement and / or audit
Administers outgoing consumables and spare parts from workshop's stores (DHS, ETR, some of WIS and welding shop materials)
Organizes the proper storage for inventories, consumables and spare parts (DHS, ETR, some of WIS and welding shop materials)
Verifies incoming/ purchased material based on the purchase order and packing list
Receiving and coordinates material requisition from Balikpapan and Duri
Updates daily inventory list (stock item) and prepares purchase requisition to maintain stock level Gets approvals and forwards the purchase requisitions to Purchasing
Preparing material delivery to Balikpapan, Duri and to the customer
Keeping the cleanliness of workshop's stores and the material stored
Verifies and administers the returned materials (unused spare parts) based on the original
delivery ticket
Re-stocks the returned materials (unused spare parts)
Other duties as directed.
