Hanna Filia was officially founded on 10th of October 1996 in Batam. Starting with only less than 40 students, LPP Hanna Filia, with its motto Learning English is Fun and Easy, has developed and served many students, workers, and companies in their effort to improve their English proficiency. At present, LPP Hanna Filia has more than 600 active students learning English ranging from children to adults.

Job Requirement :
- Very good English proficiency both oral and written
- Have great passion in teaching
- Have experienced in teaching children and teenagers
- Excellent communication skill, Computer proficiency, sociable, responsible, honest, independent, discipline, smarts, dynamic, high stress-tolerance, positive attitude, good teamwork, and pleasant personality
- Fast learner, self motivated, high quality attitude
