Job Requirements:
- have 5 years experiences in Human Resources, 3 years in supervisory level.
- Familiar with Job Description, Job Evaluation, Succession Planning, Competencies and HR System
- Preferably has experiences in mining industry
- Graduate S1 in Psychology, Management, Engineering
- Good interpersonal skill
- Having good communication skills in both English and Indonesia
Payroll Officer (Code: PO) (Jakarta)
- Job Requirements:
- Have 4 years experiences as payroll staff / compensation and benefit
- have experience in handling salary survey is an advantage
- Graduate S1 in any major (preferably in Accounting)
- Having good communication skills in both English and Indonesia
- Good interpersonal skill
