MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER - Jakarta Raya
Job Description :
- The designated Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for ensuring quality assurance of pumps, compressors, diesel/gas engines and safety equipment maintenance in accordance with COMPANY’s standards, procedures and industry standards, and also to support TL in conducting maintenance and detail engineering review.
- The position as maintenance engineer is key in improving quality service in mechanical area to reduce unplanned equipment problems and delivering quality works to sustain West Java production and operation integrity through consistent review of maintenance data
- He/she will also be responsible to develop maintenance technical documents and procedures and working in the field to ensure timely execution of the mechanical and safety equipment maintenance services as per recommendations, RCFA analysis and Company’s Generic Maintenance Strategy (GMS).
Requirement :
- Graduate S1 in mechanical engineering with a minimum of 7 years applicable experience with specific experience in quality assurance and maintenance engineering.
- Engineering design experience and working knowledge of mechanical equipment and general knowledge about safety equipment.
- Hands on experience in the maintenance of pumps, compressors and diesel/gas engines.
- Familiar with international codes and standards of oil and gas facility especially offshore.
- Familiar with various pumps, compressors and engines manufacturers in Oil and Gas Industry.
- Has capability to create engineering reports/documents and improvement required.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Understand failure analysis method and its implementation.
