Requirements:
- Graduate min Diploma D3 or S1 any major preferably with minimum 1 years experience
- Having good communication skills in both English and Indonesia
- Good documentation / reporting skill
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package application(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Well-organized, independent, meticulous and able to multi-task
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and handle pressure and tight deadlines
- Very good interpersonal skills
Job Description :
- Maintain an up-to-date client directory that contains client name, position (plus contact details) and flowchart of key individuals within each company.
- Maintain a comprehensive filing system, hardcopy and digital per discipline basis, including sister companies.
- Maintain filing system, hardcopy and digital.
- Monitor action lists and prompt personnel with regard to follow-up assignments.
- Review magazines, journals and collate exploration activity reports, collate leads report (new company, new block, assignments technical leads).
- Organize mail outs (who's who in PT CLI, org chart), seminars, gifts, brochures, presentations.
- Maintain price schedules-digital and otherwise.
- Organize and maintain adequate stocks of material (brochures/presentations etc).
- Attend meeting and maintain minutes.
- Get involved in promoting the company in line with company’s client relations.
- Organize company’s functions for business promotions.
- Assist Technical Representatives and/or Technical Co-ordinator in attending bid openings
- or any administrative jobs in the absence of the incumbent.
