Requirements:
* Education minimum Bachelor Degree in any Background
* Work experience min. 5 years in Project Management or Process Improvement environment in Banking
* Ability in coaching to ensure knowledge transfer to Team Members
* Having Black Belt or ISO Certification is preferred
* Strong analytical and problem solving skill
* Good communication skills and a team player.
