- Memastikan implementasi layanan pelanggan ”One Stop Service” terkait dengan Reservasi Penerbangan yang meliputi pax & cargo flight reservation, Pax Ticketing, Specific Cargo (Special Shipment, Document) Acceptance, Garuda Frequent Flyer service, City Check-in, Hotac Arrangement, Penjualan dan informasi Tour Packages, Baggage Lost & Claim, Group Deposit Payment, Refund payment, Corporate & Group Ticketing, Sub Agent Reservation & Ticketing, Penjualan artike GA Shop dan pelayanan Customer Service lainnya guna mendukung pencapaian target Customer Service Index dan kinerja Sales Branch Office
Human Resources Officer
Requirements:
- Male / Female, age max 26 years old
- Graduate S1 from reputable university majoring Information Technology / Business Administration / Management
- Excellent Communication, negotiation and presentation skills, both Indonesia and English
- Computer literacy such as Microsoft Word, Excell and Internet
- Able to work with SAP is more preferable
- Good personality, energetic, friendly, adaptable, disciplined, and have integrity
